Angamardana is a system rooted in yoga that offers to everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and to reach peak physical and mental health.

“Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. This practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, blood circulation, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system. It strengthens the spine, builds physical strength, fitness and tenacity, taking years off the body.

Designed by Sadhguru, Isha Angamardana needs no fitness equipment. It involves only the body and floor exercises that can be practiced anywhere, even during travel.

Who can Join this Program?

Anyone aged 8 years and above can join. Pregnant ladies, people who have hernia and serious back issues can not join this program

Program Requirements

Please bring a Yoga mat with you for the program. Wearning lose clothing (organic cotton) is recommended.

Please maintain empty stomach condition. (4 Hours gap after having a full meal, 2.5 hours after a small snack & 1.5 hours after having a beverage.)

About Yogakshema

Yogakshema is an initiative by Vinayak Hegde, Hatha Yoga Teacher, trained with Isha Foundation. Under the guidanceof Sadhguru he has gone through 21 weeks of intense training. Graduating from 2019 batch, Vinayak has taught more than 2000 students through online platforms and in person programs.
