A real story
Watch Ajen practice — on his own.
At the end of the 21-day program, Ajen demonstrates all the practices he learned — without anyone reminding him. His mother, Jeni, shares what she observed.
We are incredibly grateful to Vinayak anna for the positive impact he has had on our child through his yoga classes. He is patient, encouraging, and attentive to each child's needs.
