Questions
Frequently asked questions
Clear answers for parents, so you can enroll confidently.
Is this program suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. The program is designed for children aged 7–16, including complete beginners. Practices are taught live, step-by-step, and children are guided with clarity and a calm pace. The focus is always on building stability and integrity—not pushing intensity.
My child is 7/8 years old — will they be able to follow?
Yes, as long as the child can listen and follow basic instructions. For younger children, having a parent nearby for the first few sessions can be helpful (not mandatory). Over time, most children become more attentive and confident as the structure becomes familiar.
My child is 14–16 — will this feel too easy?
The practices are taught with correctness and stability, so older children also benefit deeply. The aim is not to exhaust the child, but to build steadiness, focus, and a healthy foundation. Older children often appreciate the clarity and the quietness the practices bring.
Do parents need to attend the sessions?
Parent involvement is not mandatory. One parent is welcome to attend along with the child if they wish—especially helpful for younger children or to understand the structure so you can support practice at home.
Will you provide recordings?
No. There are no recordings. These are live, interactive sessions designed for real-time learning, guidance, and consistency. This also helps children build discipline and a stable routine.
What if my child misses a session or is a no-show?
If your child misses a session for any genuine reason, it is okay. However, parents should ensure that the child attends the sessions consistently. Regular attendance is important to experience the full benefits of the program.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds once enrolled. If you are unsure about suitability, schedule, or expectations, please message us on WhatsApp before enrolling—we’ll clarify everything for you.
Is this safe for children? What if my child has a health condition?
The program is taught carefully with a structured approach. If your child has asthma, any medical condition, a recent injury, or you have concerns, please message us on WhatsApp before enrolling so we can guide you appropriately.
What does my child need for the sessions?
A quiet space where the child can practice without disturbance, a yoga mat (or non-slip surface), and stable internet. If possible, keep the camera placed so the child is visible for guidance and corrections.
How long is each session?
Session duration will be confirmed along with the batch timings. The sessions are planned to be child-friendly, structured, and sustainable across 21 days.
Which time zone will the batches be in? We live in Australia.
Batches will be shared soon. Once timings are announced, you can choose the batch that suits your family’s routine best. If you’re unsure, message us—tell us your city/time zone and preferred time window, and we’ll guide you.
What if my child feels restless or distracted during sessions?
That’s completely normal—especially in the first few days. The structure of the program is designed to build steadiness gradually. Consistency matters more than perfection. Over time, children generally become calmer and more attentive.
Still unsure?
Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll help you with batches, suitability, and what to expect—so you can decide calmly.
